"I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for a job well done.
As executor of an estate with a house in pretty bad shape in Hamilton whereas I
live in Toronto, I was quite concerned about being able to sell the house in a
timely manner and for a decent price for the beneficiaries.
I had two agents recommended and was pretty pessimistic after meeting the first
one. Then I met the two of you early one Saturday afternoon. You had clearly
done your homework, had experience with a similar house and worked with me
to come up with a realistic listing price. We inked the listing that afternoon and
sure enough, as promised, the listing was up on Monday. Throughout the week
you kept me informed and up to date. When a problem arose, we dealt with it
promptly, cooperatively and reasonably.
The pleasant surprise came the following Saturday with multiple offers. You
analyzed them efficiently and with one further go around, we finalized the offer in

I realize you know the absolute gold you have in Shelley Baker-Gracie and Nancy Mungar but I want to personally tell you...they are far more precious and amazing than gold. Shelley has been a close family friend from the moment we moved to Lakepointe (helping us buy our Lakepointe home 12 years). When she suggested that now was the time to take the gains we had in our home and begin a new chapter we were all equal parts excited, indecisive, terrified and anxious.
